What we eat has the biggest impact on how we look and feel. That’s why we should focus on foods that are nutritious, low-glycemic and non-inflammatory. The Paleo/Primal meal philosophy of a core protein combined with nutrient-dense, non-starchy vegetables is a staple of how we view a perfect meal.
Vegetables like “the dirty dozen” have been shown to contain the most amount of pesticides. We opt for organic produce from this list when building the most nutrient-dense meal possible.
Grass Fed Beef
Pasture-raised beef has been shown to contain higher levels of omega-3 fatty acids, which are essential to good health. We opt for grass-fed when sourcing beef for your meals.
Local & Seasonal
All of our produce, meat & seafood are sourced locally if possible. Produce is selected based primarily on seasonality due to the higher nutrient content.
Flavor vs. Health
We believe you shouldn’t have to sacrifice flavor for health. After all, no one wants to eat healthy meals with mediocre flavor. Life’s just too darn short for that. Our award-winning chefs are trained to make great cuisine healthy—not make health food taste better.
